OSAGE BEACH, Mo. - The California Lady Pintos won the Tri-County Conference Tournament title Friday, defeating state-ranked School of the Osage 69-59.
The Lady Indians, ranked No. 7 in Class 4, led 18-16 after one quarter, but the Lady Pintos answered to take a 38-31 lead at halftime and 60-52 through three quarters.
The loss snapped an eight-game win streak for the Lady Indians.
California (10-2) hosts Fulton on Tuesday in the first round of the California Tournament. Osage (8-2) hosts Hallsville on Monday.
