Mark Edward Dugger, 62, of Jamestown, MO passed away on Wednesday, March 13, 2013 at his son's residence. He was surrounded by the love of family throughout his year long fight with cancer. He was born on September 13, 1950 at Lakeside Hospital in Kansas City, MO the son of Earl and Wanda (Cook) Dugger, both of whom preceded him in death. As a child, he grew up in Lansing, KS. He moved with family to California, MO as a teenager, and remained a lifelong resident of Moniteau County. His jobs varied over the years from being a private business owner, handyman and mechanic. He was known for being able to fix just about anything and his willingness to lend a hand when a friend needed it. He enjoyed spending the majority of his time outdoors and his hobbies included hunting, fishing, arrowhead hunting and recreational sport shooting. He was an out of the box thinker and his quick wit and humor were uplifting and will be missed by all. He is survived by one daughter, Serina Moellers and husband John of Jefferson City; three sons, Aaron Dugger of Jamestown, Shawn Dugger of Jefferson City, and Shannon Dugger and wife Angie of Edmond, Oklahoma; four grandsons and six granddaughters. A private graveside service and burial was held on Friday, March 15, at Centertown Cemetery. Officiating was Fr. Ed Schmidt. Memorials are suggested to the grandchildren of Mark Dugger, c/o Bowlin-Cantriel Funeral Services, 100 S. Oak, California, MO 65018. Arrangements were under the direction of Bowlin-Cantriel Funeral Services, California, MO.
