Helen Elaine Neal

Helen Elaine Neal of California, MO passed away on Sunday, May 11, 2014. She is survived by her husband of 21 years, Ronald I. Neal, sons Charles A. Graham and Russell D. (Shawn) Graham, daughter Tammy S. Raftery, step-daughter Amie Sieleman, brother Milton R. Bright and sister Carolyn M. Newton. Helen was preceded in death by her parents, Kenneth R. and Ruby L. Bright. A memorial service will be held at 11:00 am on Saturday, May 24, 2014 at the First United Methodist Church of Festus-Crystal City. Family will greet visitors from 10:00 am until the time of the service. If desired memorials may be made to the First UMC of Festus-Crystal City Food Pantry or the charity of donors choice.
