Esther Busch

Esther Busch, 89, of California, Mo., passed away on Tuesday, February 19, 2019, at her home. Esther was born on August 7, 1929, in California, Mo., the daughter of Ray Dunham and Lula (Cooper) Dunham, both of whom preceded her in death. Esther was united in marriage on October 4, 1986, at her home in California, Mo. to Clarence Busch whom also preceded her in death. Esther was a member of the California First Baptist Church. She worked as a cashier at I.G.A. for many years. Esther's family was the love of her life. Survivors include one daughter, Debbie Elliott (Junior) of California, Mo.; four nieces; one nephew; three grandchildren, Chris Stepp (Mary), Shawna Bax (Shawn), Candy Stepp; eight great-grandchildren; two step-granddaughters, Lori Shikles, Shelia Thomas (Scott); seven step-great-grandchildren; and one step-great-great-grandchild. Esther was preceded in death by one brother and three sisters. Funeral Service was held on Friday, February 22, 2019, at 11:00 a.m. at the funeral home. Burial was at the California City Cemetery.
